Moayed Elghazouani is a Tunisian performer and physical theatre maker whose work blends dance, theatre, and sound into multidisciplinary aesthetic forms. Driven by a desire to speak truth, his practice moves beyond conventional artistic boundaries. Trained in theatre and movement, he has contributed to a wide range of performance projects across Tunisia, Denmark, and Italy, while simultaneously engaging in theoretical research in cultural studies. His work investigates themes of transformation, survival, and the politics of visibility. His recent piece, Rouheb, received the Best Scenography Award in the Creative Seasons program organized by the Tunisian National Theatre in 2023.
